Do You Sneeze in Your Sleep?

Some people sneeze in their sleep, but mine is quite uncommon. Are bulldogs' ears up involuntary or do they have to put effort in to get them up? Eeyou feed people as smoothy, and then you feed em lunch later. Our mind takes control of our day-to-day actions in ways we don't even realize.
