I think this is one of the things that is just it seems so obvious but it's the execution that's so hard which is over communicating and also communicating in the way that people you know want to be communicated with. There are different things that brokers can do which in fact I interviewed a broker recently who does appreciation parties and he offers he basically pays for them and offers and does the marketing for them. He has crossing guard appreciation, teacher appreciation first responder appreciation military appreciation where he doesn't actually do them for business they're more about getting closer to his agents than anything else.
