Reduction in Muscle Force Generating Capacity

We measured neural muscular function before exercise, half way through the task. And post exercise, after three hours of exercise. Force generating capacity was reduced by about 25%. But the states within the neural muscular system which were responsible for that reduction in force and were much different between the the two exercised modalities.
