The Importance of Mindset in Engineering

If there's some shady stuff going on or illegal stuff, then yeah, you should raise that issue right away even if you're the new engineer on the team. One thing I want to talk about is mindset because I think when you approach these situations, you can sometimes come across as just complaining. And I've been on both sides of that and I've had people do it to me too.
