The Importance of Sensitivity in Leadership
There are two messages that sensitive the companies and leaders need to take about sensitive people. The first is if you are leading a corporation or any kind of organization there's some evidence out there that suggests that the sensitive workers are the highest performers as rated by their managers but also the most stressed out of your employees as rated by themselves. These very valuable high performing individuals may be causing them to feel extremely stressed out so we need to change the environment we give our workers in order to retain those highly sensitive high achievers. Second thing is leaders themselves I think there's an image that leaders need to be cold uh callous uh tough and just willing to make really fast decisions kind of shoot from the hip
