"I was third string freshman. And I said, you know what? I'm going to be the greatest," he says. "Even though no one cared, no one was paying attention, no one knew my name." He ran the wishbone so well that there was a JV team for freshmen at BYU. It's easy to say there wasn't purpose when it doesn't look like there's much place to do it,. Right.
