How the Bloodstream Works in Your Body

You can see where that blood is being made inside the bones. The old blood is cleared through a couple of organs that are kind of like our filters. Those little tiny garden hoses, those little blood vessels go inside of your bone into the bone marrow. And then that's where all the little cells that are being made by your bone marrow are coming into the circulation into your blood vessel.
