When you arrived in time, HBR was built on timeless academic-based research now with the demands of the internet and people wanting news right now. You've made a big change. It's not news necessarily on there, but it's much more newsy and timely than it was. How do you think about the balance between those two things now in terms of evergreen content and more timely stuff? I want an evergreen HBR article to be the most sourced, most appreciated thing. We're really trying to do both; ultimately, it's probably the timeless pieces that are of most value.
