In 2003, Burning Man was very much the Wild West. Cut to 10 years later, Burning Man had gone pro. You have camps spending literally millions of dollars to build giant outdoor quasi-night clubs. There are whole camps full of luxury buses that park in a circle and that you need a wristband to get into where all the food is cooked for them. It became a vacation for tech executives. That's what it had become in about a decade. To the point where Burning Man had been an underground part of San Francisco culture to part ofSan Francisco culture.
