There's a lot of research to show grip strength is so important and having strong legs is important as you get older to get it I think that my sense good for grip strength every mother was. Grip strength is very very important it's an indication of good health because it shows in other words grip strength is mitochondrial function now. You can see within the sort of like same species to sort of like the smaller animals or like the animals that don't have the massive musculature have a longer lifespan yeah.
