Ther and Carol, Is That Ten Year Window Really Realistic?
I think we need five years to get the treatment and recovery service back into shape. A lot of serious thinking needs to be put into what should a modern day treatment and recovery services look like. I'm certainly, when they talk to me early on, i said, please, don't set it in stone. Make it something that as as we move year by year, hopefully on a good path,. We can update the strategy, because things don't stay static.
