Is Itectivia the Right Time to Sell to Comcast?

i often wonder what would have happened if they had not sold detectivy to comcast. Back then, you needed to be in at least 60, 70 million homes to really make a go of it. The other problem itectivia was solo. They were on their own. So they kind of needed something to get past that 50 million mark.
