The Distinction Between Hot and Cool Media

Matthew Flessfader: Social media have become the dominant mode of our area as far as communication is concerned. The cool medium is something where like the user or the viewer has to fill in certain aspects of it, he says. And the hot medium would be something where everything is immediately. There's very little opportunity, get into the imaginary, but I don't know just to bring up that distinction.
