Are You Overstriding?

If you are overstriding, that can also increase m some of the impact going into the ciles and the calf. So my recommendation for that person is, strengthen the gluts. Work with the p t to retrain your body how to use your gluts. You know, i think a lot of runners want a long stride, right? It is. And so i think if we can isolate some more of these best practices, then, ah, that'll be really helpful for us.
