Are You Vertically Integrated in the Office Sector?

We are vertically integrated in the office sector as well and we do make not there are multi-family credit fund but we also do make debt investments. We believe that most companies, not all companies but most companies perform better when they have a chance to collaborate brainstorm ideas. Most important is mentoring having the newer people be able to sit in on meetings over Zoom. Our focus is really going to be kind of on the best, the best of the best and we're seeing it even within our own portfolio.
