The Targeting of Women Journalists
One of the biggest electoral vote banks for the opposition in that statea monthabanagy, was the woman voter. It appears that there is this kind of intrenched ability or plan to raise the social costs for women to speak up on line. The guild of editors has become involved and condemned this. Why do you think women were targeted in this way? Is this something that plays up to cultural norms that are specific to india, or does it go wider than that?
