Spending in the Business

I think within the business, it helped me see a much more direct line to the benefit compared to personal. I don't think it changed my mindset because still every quarter, even at the size before we sold the business, I would go through line item by line item, every credit card charge. But in reality, like that's also when you discover you have seven subscriptions to base camp when you need one. And like at scale, those things start to add up.
