The Importance of Utility in the Pipeline

I always try to start off strong at the beginning of the year and try not to be complacent going into the end of the year. So I kind of have like a heightened sense of urgency in the back half trying to plan for the following year. And that's been successful and all the great companies I've worked for, they had this sense of urgency so even when things were going well, it almost felt like the numbers weren't good because they were just wanted to keep doing that.
