What's the Difference Between Indian and Italian?
India has a tremendous reginal variation in the use of spices. The east and west ar du significantly more sugar as a way of amplifying flavor. So it's not so much which ingredient it is what chemistry is your tellius exactly, exactly. And i think one once sad tragedy of organization and all of that, is that we've now started using a smaller num of those spices.
