I'm seeing senior people leaders move from people operations into COO positions. I think it's a smart move for businesses, by the way, because these people obviously, and any business relies on their people to a huge extent. The core is they have to be really good at the project management, the time management, the business side of the business. They learned a different subset of skills, but HR used to be very different.
