I knew very little about accounting. I'd done six weeks at Tuck on accounting, but that's the extent of accounting I had. The last three years have been a lot longer than six weeks and you have gotten to a much more granular level of understanding around that. Less pattern recognition actually is just on management. It's really about that's the more time I can spend kind of setting the tone for the relationship before you close.
