The judge, I believe, called this dystopian and Orwellian. The idea is basically that certain material has been excluded from classrooms or businesses because it is considered unacceptable. There were three baseball books that were implicated in this Duval County process,. So right off the bat, no pun intended, I think if you are running into issues with weather books about Jackie Robinson, Henry Aaron and Roberto Clemente they might be a bit of a problem here.
