The Yisteria Rapist Was Not a Killer

Visalia Police Detective Bill McGowan noticed the Yisteria Rapist bore striking physical and behavioral similarities to the Visalia Ransaka. He collated nine M.O.'s that he believed the attackers shared. The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department was skeptical and discounted six of them. They accused him of unnecessarily scaring residents with an unproven theory they labeled a publicity stunt.
