Andrew Holter, Doctor of Philosophy and Organizational Psychology

Andrew holter has just completed his doctor of philosophy an organizational psychology. He's had a 17, 18 year career now that's been very fire service centric. During grad school he got turned on to this idea of organizational psychology and what it would allow him to explore professionally.
