Vanguard has been excelling in customer no service. They've gotten so big and so unwieldy that they just don't have their act together on customer service. And Vanguard's very inward. They're based in Pennsylvania and farm country, basically. It's so isolated and inward looking that change is tough. The investment products they offer second to none.
