"I'm a total layman and the way that sounded to me was that the wording was something along the lines of companies private contractors will overcharge the government for deliberately for equipment," he said. "It's quite feasible that they've squirreled money away because the the field said it was to be spent on something else um but all the deliberately overinflated the amongst that they said they were having to spend on certain projects so yeah this is how they do it", Gurush added.
