Sea shepherd aro promises to make it easier for scientists to get on ships. They have agreements with several in american countries, that i should allow them to board fishing vessels. Thato suspect ore legally fishing or over fishing, and asl yo determine if that's true. This has been really hard data to collect. Some people call them ghost ships. People really don't know much about it. What are they doing out there? Maybe satellites can tell you how many of the ships are out there,. But they really can't tell you what these ships are actually taking in.
