How to Define Value for Your Business

We're figuring out we have this like very mature practice where multiple teams are using UX and we're thinking about it like instead of the page by page or feature by feature way, we're starting to owe you X our entire product or product suite. So if we think about those, and then I think about it from like going back to that business perspective. So how, and then my job is to say okay if these are the outcomes like which outcomes are going to help me drive business outcomes. And I might scale those and say okay like I might look at those and say alright this is the one that that is going to actually help with the business the best.
