But is there something about exposing your body to that extreme temperature at either end of the scale in the sort of same session, going directly from one to the other? And we definitely need more studies on the contrast therapy, in my opinion. My studies show that if you go from the cold to the heat and back and forth, you will have this increase in metabolism and also increase in efficiency in your brown fat.
