Self-Realization - It's About Knowing Yourself Beyond Your Physical Self

Self-realization is an ancient Eastern philosophy that comes out of Hinduism. It's about knowing yourself beyond just your 3D physical name, your body. When you have a self-realization, you're able to see that you are bigger than just this body that you live in. And I don't think it's a quick process. Matter of fact, it could be lifetime like times, right? Because I believe in reincarnation. We probably carried it from another life.
