The Challenge of Balanced Strength Work
We tend to work in three to four week blocks of linear progression. And we we then monitor overtime how how much the athlete responds to that, and then how do we adjust things moving forward? Because the challenge with balancing the sup ming is you can't apply the logic of conventional periodization to the strength work. You are not accounting for the fatigue induced by the endurance slash speed slash triathlom work. So it's all a balancing act.
