Histrionic personality disorder is a personality mental disorder characterized by inappropriate attention-seeking behavior, rapid emotional shifts, and exaggerated expression of emotion. Put them in a position of power such as a manager, parent, teacher, owner and then you have chaos with a capital C. They view themselves as fun and fun loving, yet often misunderstood.
