How to Become an Ordained Pastor

At the time of my early a, the early days of my ministry, no, i would not say that. I would say that now, yes, ye. So there's a ranking in methodism. You have elders, you have nik deacons, you have local pastors and it's very hard to really explain the difference between them. Local pastors are licensed to serve churches, but they don't necessarily have the same credentials. They may not have a seminary degree and have passed the boards of ordained ministry. It's a thorough process. Not any whipper snapper can just come in and do this. They need to be educated.
