The Inevitability of AI in Product Management
I believe AI could come for the product management job. It's not just one we just happen to sell at product in a certain area. I do think there's a deep inevitability about how it'll open every industry, including customer service. We firmly believe in the idea of it'll be automation to us humans. But I do think it will be difficult to overstate how significant it changes. Will it get faster or sour? Faster. Will it become cheaper or faster, cheaper? Just pretty good precedent for exactly what's going on here.
