The Benefits of Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha was like, I know I haven't done my blood yet, but I had high cortisol and I've got that adrenal enhance. It's too long there, Kenya. Is it like you've got to alternate Ashwagand Ha or something? Um, we're hearing something about like two weeks ago. There are certain herbs that you need to do that with, but actually it's not too bad. And once you start doing that for a while, you might not need the herbs anymore because you don't need minerals and B vitamins anymore. So that's why herbs are awesome.
