What's the Difference Between a REIT and a Typical REIT?

AWS is creating a larger and larger network effect, in essence. The advantages of data and processes that change can be measured by adoption or compounding scale through the system. It's a good business because of the network effect, but it's a good product because of the outcomes from that.
