One of the most consistent errors i made was expecting, regardless of their age, people to show up chron at their chronological age 'd experienced a tromer. As soon as we got to the part of the work that required them to think about their own trome, they were always going to land at the place where the trome first affected them. So when that penny dropped, i became a much more fulfilled and successful epest.
