The Edge of Fear
Take a deep breath, become mindful of the fear, sften. It's ok to feel it, and then we see a beautiful, a softening and releasing of the heart. And this is what we can be practising on this retreat. I want to get in one last story, which many of you have heard, probably many times,. But it's my favorite fear story, so i can't give this talk without telling it. So this goes back probably to the seventies.
