Introduction

Since the beginning of the year, my daughter's school has gone on lock down three times. Since i don't have a typical nine to five, i'm around during the day to help her teachers. These young men who shoot up schools have a lot in common beyond just being white and male. How they define what it means to be a man in the united states seems to be at the root of it all.
