The Indictment of Michael Sussman

The second indictment that John Durham handed out, and this was boy, the darling of right wing media for a week and a half was the indictment of Michael Sussman. This was an attorney with the firm of Perkins Cooey, which was hired by the Hillary Clinton campaign. The indictment alleged that Sussman lied to the FBI about not disclosing the fact that he was there. And in any event, the investigation was already open before anybody at the FBI talked to Sussedman. He was acquitted on May 30th.
