How Do You Remember Her Love of Books?
Adrienne says her mother passed on a love of books and reading to her. She remembers that whenever they moved the books got packed up and they moved too. Adrienne: I remember she also always encouraged us to read as children. When we were in Malaysia, we would go to the bank after school because you had to do the banking for the school. We would get an Eenen Glutton book every week on Friday. And I would have it read by Saturday morning.
