Ukranian Army Morale Problems
Ukraine has regained the initiative and can strike at the time and place of their choosing. Russia now realizes they have to defend in more places, which further drains their forces from the fight in both the east and in other areas in the south. The russian army has already been assessed to have terrible morale for a variety of reasons. Their leaders have been killed, foor support for the troops, confusion as to the mission.
