Is It Going to Be Easy?
Vodophone has done a better job of articulating it than recently with this sit of strategy announcement. They've very publicly come out and said, we need to hire 7,000 software engineers over the nessthey've only got nine thousand at the moments. Some of it's going to be internal retraining of people who are already there on the network side,. but a lot of it's gong to be kind of reaching out and taking in new talon.
