A9 Ranking System - Product Types and Keywords

Each query is a noun phrase and consider the header and the noun phrase to be the core product type. So if we took growth beard oil, there's no sub cats for this necessarily, but there is the beard oil. We've got growth matched against a list of product types which will change continuously in the background. And then you've got beard oil and oil are examples of possible matches. Now as Ellis mentioned, it's an arbitrary system. Most of people going after the really standout keywords when they think they are going off to the right ones.
