Trade Secrets and Trade Mark Law

i want this to be the intellectual property episode, so i can tell everybody it's been done. I did a six week meases academy course about 89 years ago on this whole topic. What basically happened was the trade mark law and trade secret law were independent bodies of law that developed more or less on the common law. The fundamental argument applies mainly to the twot harmful patent, copyright, which you've discussed. And there's other types of intellectual property too, like boat hole designs and semi conductor mask work protection in some countries.
