Is It Possible to Separate the Energy From the Rent and Charge a Fixed Fee?
There are a few options. I'm not sure any of them can be done without making some major changes to those tenancy agreements, and therefore probably requiring new agreements. So it can get bit complicated. The alternative, i suppose, is to renew into, for instance, six month agreements, after which you could have ae review clause to review on an ongoing basis. A, again, a bit of a clunky way of going about these, and not d not the nicest, nicest wayto hand it.
