How Much Fruit Should You Eat Each Day?
Most health agencies agreed that adults should consume five to nine combined servings of fruits and vegetables each day. But because of how this advice is worded, this recommendation can lead to confusion. The body processes the main sugar found in fruit differently than other sugars. If you're consuming whole fruit, fiber will help slow down the body's absorption of fructose which makes it less likely to be converted to fat.
