The Importance of Early Stage Development
It's a difficult one because actually for me, it really depends on the commercial context. When I work for very scale ups or startup businesses, you really don't have the capacity within a development team to have people doing a great deal of learning on the John Ford stop. You are so cost bound, so time bound that you just have to shift it as fast as you can and get it in the hands of your customers. But certainly the smallest of companies, we've never been able to do. It's always been urgent feature delivery by people who know what they're doing on day one.
