The Importance of Prayer
I think bringing in some sort of audio, whatever commentary probably is helpful just to learn like what's happening. The other thing I would add to that are the Psalms, right? Like King David has this again, just the inspired word of God. And so sometimes that can be beautiful as well. There can be like a favorite Psalm that captures your heart and whether again, it's just when you get up in the morning, you say the same Psalm over, over a period of time with no rhyme or reason. So if you don't feel like you have them or you don't know how to name what's going on in your experience with God, the Psalms
