The Life and Work of Mother Teresa
When Mari finished her education she moved to the south of India with her husband and children. She continued her social activism working with women's groups and she founded an Indigenous people's cooperative still at least partly inspired by her faith. Just six months after her retirement Mother Teresa died the Indian government gave her a state funeral. Pope Francis declared her saint Teresa of Calcutta in 2016. There were millions out for her funeral she might have been born Albanian but she's been adopted and become part of CalCutta.
